Complete Lack of Hygiene and Cleanliness : negative-5 StarsIt is deeply concerning that a global company like Domino's Pizza would allow such a lack of hygiene and cleanliness at any of its branches. This branch, in terms of hygiene, cleanliness, and food preparation methods is not right. an utter disgrace, reflecting a complete garbage for customer safety and health standards .Upon entering, it was immediately evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors were littered with discarded food wrappers, napkins, and other debris. There was no visible cleaning staff, and the dining area looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days.it poses a significant health risk. The situation in the kitchen area was even worse.I witnessed employees handling food with the same gloves without changing them, leading to potential cross-contamination. The same gloves were used to prepare various types of pizzas, including chicken, vegetarian, and vegan options. This careless practice exposes customers to allergens and can have severe consequences for those with food allergies or specific dietary restrictions. To make matters worse, the cooking pans and utensils were visibly dirty, with food residues and grime buildup. These pans were used to cook all types of pizzas without proper cleaning, compromising the safety and quality of the food. It's unacceptable for a food establishment to operate in such an unsanitary manner. This total lack of hygiene can lead to serious health issues, especially for people with allergies, strict vegans, or those with religious dietary restrictions. It's beyond comprehension that Domino's Pizza, which should meet ISO standards for food safety and cleanliness, operates with such blatant disregard for these regulations. The branch I visited clearly does not deserve any form of ISO certification, as it fails to align with the rigorous safety and cleanliness criteria. It's not enough for Domino's Pizza to collect reviews and feedback; they need to act on them and implement immediate changes. Customers' health and safety should always come first. I urge Domino's to take action and rectify these alarming issues, or they risk losing customers' trust and potentially facing legal consequences for their negligence.Good review: The pizza was good
⭐ Rating: 1 out of 5 starsListen up, folks. If you enjoy being treated like garbage and having your hard-earned cash flushed down the toilet, then by all means, order from Domino's Pizza on Flinders St. But if you have an ounce of self-respect, steer clear of this dumpster fire of a establishment.Let me break it down for you. Not only did these clowns manage to screw up my order by conveniently forgetting one of the pizzas, but when I confronted them about it, they couldn't even be bothered to give me the time of day. The delivery driver promised to come back with the missing pizza, but surprise, surprise, they never showed up! And guess what? Not a single phone call to explain or apologize. Classy, right?Oh, and good luck trying to get through to these numbskulls on the phone. I called them over 80 times, and not once did they pick up. I guess answering the phone is just too much to ask for from these incompetent buffoons. And let's not even get started on the pizzas themselves. They couldn't even be bothered to cut them! I mean, how lazy can you get? It's like they're actively trying to sabotage their own business. In conclusion, if you enjoy being treated like dirt and getting ripped off, then by all means, give Domino's Pizza on Flinders St a try. But if you have an ounce of self-respect, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere
Went to pickup my online order. Two male workers standing at the counter were more interested in talking to each other than serving me. Told me my order wasn’t ready. Waited another 5mins, thankfully a different worker came up and asked me what I was waiting for. She then told me my order was ready and waiting for me.Pizzas weren’t even that nice, tasted very old. Definitely won’t be going back again.
5:30pm on a Thursday night (25/04) 3 male workers East Asian descent (example Pakistani) were just talking/eating in the front and didn’t even announce to customers when the orders were ready. Our food was already being prepared late and was ready for 20 minutes in front of us but we didn’t know because they didn’t say anything??? They just kept talking like it was a tea party. Only an Asian girl was working properly, giving us our food even though it wasn’t her assigned job. These 3 male workers need to go through customer service training again or need a new brain. Do not come here if you want to actually be served at a normal standard. 0 stars xxxx
Got my order after 2 n 1/2 hours of delivery. NO ONE WAS PICKING UP PHONE. Side dishes are burnt and have no cheese at all. STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEY CHEAT BUYERS.
Have been there twice: first time the pizza wasn't very good. Should have stayed a bit longer in the oven. Second time, everything was just fine. Staff was friendly both times, nothing to complain! They do have limited seating, but within a three minutes walk you can sit next to the Yarra River. One last top: don't look to close in the kitchen, was a mess the first time I have been there. If this review was of any help, please leave a "like" as this keeps me going!
I ordered a large Indian Tikka Prawn on Deep Pan, and a large Chicken Bacon Avo on Thin N' Crispy. Both pizzas were delicious and well topped, with fresh ingredients and even distribution. There were no missing customisation toppings either. The crusts were perfectly cooked – not burnt – providing just the right balance of crispiness and chewiness. The Thin N' Crispy crust was flaky and crunchy, reminding me of the Puff Pastry crust from years ago.⭐ Between the two pizzas, the Chicken Bacon Avo was my favourite, hands down.Thank you, Kane & team for the best Domino's experience in years!
First time having Domino’s in Australia. Can’t really remember what the American one is like to compare but this is probably better. Toppings are sorta generous but I think the sizes are a victim of shrinkflation - the “large” is as big as a personal pizza. The supreme veg tastes alright though and you can’t beat it for $10. Pro tip, save a few bucks and add your own anchovies.
